New Online Class

Our new foot and lower limb focused online class will include gentle and simple exercises that will help improve foot muscle strength. The aim of this class is to help improve balance, stability and confidence for those who may have suffered a fall or who simply feel unsteady on their feet.

Who is this class suitable for?

People who find it difficult to get around but would like to keep moving in a gentle and manageable way.

You may have experienced a fall, or simply feel unsteady on your feet and would like to gain confidence.

Perhaps you have been told to do some exercises to help improve balance and mobility, but don’t know where to start.

When is it, how much will it cost, and when does it start?

There will be 4 weeks of classes:

Friday 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th, November, 2025.

9.30am for 30mins (recordings will be available if you cannot make the live class)

You can do all the exercises from standing, or from a chair (this is recommended especially if you struggle with your balance)

Classes will be via Zoom cost £26 (via payment link)

Who will be leading the classes?

Sarah spent 7 years teaching yoga in the local area, and then went on to study podiatry which she now practises in the private sector.

Since studying podiatry and learning about the prevalence of falls and the effects that they have on individuals, Sarah has realised just how essential it is to train balance. Improving foot and lower limb muscle strength can be done simply and effectively, and can really help to build confidence and to help people feel steadier on their feet.

What will I need?

You will need a chair and a towel. Also, it is always recommended that you get the go ahead from your GP or any consultants you are under before starting a new exercise program.
