We will carry out baseline assessments such as history taking, neurovascular and musculoskeletal assessments, and discuss a treatment plan with you so you know exactly what to expect from us with future appointments. For those needing nail cutting only. If booking only for nail care your initial assessment will be reduced to £35.

Musculoskeletal Appointment (30-45mins)

This appointment might include exercise therapy, foot posture and gait assessments, range of movement assessments, and/or fitting for orthotics. Suitable for those with musculoskeletal discomfort or pain in the feet and/or ankles. For more information please click here.

Simple Exercises to to help improve balance & strengthen the foot and lower limb muscles.

Our new foot and lower limb focused online class will include gentle and simple exercises. The aim of this class is to help improve balance, stability and confidence for those who may have suffered a fall or who simply feel unsteady on their feet.
