Sarah completed a thorough examination of my feet. She checked for pulses, removed a callus, offered to trim toe nails and then talked me through some daily exercises. I received some toe spacers and recommendations on trainers that would help with comfort and pain in my toes joints. I have continued with the daily exercises and wearing of the toe spacers and after just 10 days can feel the benefit.
