Initial Assessment (1 hour)
Book our initial assessment for your first appointment. We will carry out baseline assessments such as history taking, neurovascular and musculoskeletal assessments, and discuss a treatment plan with you so you know exactly what to expect from us with future appointments. Musculoskeletal Appointment (45-60mins)
This appointment might include exercise therapy, foot posture and gait assessments, range of movement assessments, and/or fitting for orthotics. Suitable for those with musculoskeletal discomfort or pain in the feet and/or ankles. For more information please click here.
